In progress
I journal every day and have for the past five-ish years. Described more thoroughly in Journal Analytics and Notion Page Gifts
The idea is that I want to have some representation of my journal that is public
There are a handful of ways I might do this, which trade off privacy and information
Have all of it public
- Allow people to ask questions about my journal to an LLM
- With prompting and other guardrails to make sure it doesn’t give away private info
- This sounds like a fun (although likely too high stakes for me) exercise in AI control
- Have an LLM summarize each day into 1-2 sentences
- I think having the prompts for this public would be cool as well
- I’d have to tell it to not include embarrassing things, maybe have to add other special cases
- Have a specific stats public such as how many hours I slept or If I exercised
- Have non of it public
